2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility and Age Verification
- Age requirement: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old or over the legal age for online gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- UK users and legal capacity: If you access the Website from the UK, you confirm that you are an adult with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are not placing Bets on behalf of any third party.
- Self-exclusion schemes: The Website is an offshore, non-GamStop platform. We are not integrated with the UK's national self-exclusion register. If you are currently self-excluded via GamStop or any similar scheme, you must not register or use the Website. You are responsible for honouring any self-exclusion commitments you have made elsewhere.
- Prohibited jurisdictions: You may not open or use an Account if you reside in, are located in, or access the Website from any jurisdiction in which online gambling with us is unlawful or where we do not permit play. A non-exhaustive list of prohibited jurisdictions is maintained in Clause 3 of the Terms & Conditions on criccex.com and may be updated from time to time.
2.2 Account Creation Process
- Registration data: To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, chosen username and password, and any other details requested on the registration form.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking an activation link or entering a code sent to you. Until verification is completed, we may restrict or block access to the Account or withhold withdrawals.
- KYC and identity checks: At registration or at any time thereafter, we may request documents and information to verify your identity and age, including but not limited to a copy of your passport or national ID, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, where appropriate, source-of-funds documentation. Until we are satisfied with these checks, we may suspend the Account, restrict deposits or delay withdrawals.
- Single account policy: You are permitted to hold only one Account with us. Multiple accounts, including accounts opened using different email addresses, devices, IP addresses or identities, may be treated as "duplicate accounts" and may be closed, with Bonuses cancelled and, in serious cases, winnings voided, particularly where multiple accounts are used for bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.
2.3 User Responsibilities
- Accuracy and updates: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your details (for example, change of address, email, or tax residency). We may rely on the accuracy of your information when assessing jurisdictional eligibility and legal compliance.
- Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication codes and any other security details) strictly confidential. You must not share your Account or credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your Account.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately change your password and contact us via live chat or email at support@criccex.com. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials before you notify us and we have had a reasonable opportunity to secure the Account.
- Compliance with laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws, regulations and tax obligations in your jurisdiction, including in the UK the Gambling Act 2005, Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 and any relevant consumer and tax laws, to the extent they apply to offshore gambling services.
10. Betting & Gameplay Rules
10.1 General Principles
- Product scope: The Website offers a cricket-focused betting exchange, sports betting and casino games, together with related promotions. All Bets are subject to these Terms, any sport- or game-specific rules, and the information displayed on the Website at the time the Bet is placed.
- Odds and markets: Odds, lines and market availability may change at any time until your Bet is accepted. We reserve the right to suspend or remove markets without prior notice. For exchange markets, liquidity depends on other users and is not guaranteed.
- RNG and fairness: Casino games use random number generators ("RNGs") or game engines provided by licensed third-party suppliers. The outcome of each game is random and independent. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the stakes you place and that gambling involves financial risk.
10.2 Placing, Acceptance and Settlement of Bets
- Placing bets: A Bet is deemed offered when you confirm the stake and selection(s) and submit the Bet through the Website interface. It is your responsibility to review the Bet details carefully before confirming.
- Acceptance: A Bet is only valid once it has been accepted and recorded in our systems. The Bet will then appear in your betting history with a unique reference number. If any technical or communication failure prevents confirmation, the Bet may be considered not placed.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: We may apply minimum and maximum stake or payout limits for individual markets, events or users. These limits may differ between products and may be changed at our discretion for risk management purposes.
- Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official results supplied by the relevant governing body, league or data provider as of the time of settlement. Subsequent corrections or administrative decisions may not be taken into account unless explicitly stated in the rules for that market.
- Incorrect markets or errors: In the case of obvious errors (including but not limited to palpable pricing errors, clearly incorrect odds, mismatched teams or markets, or technical issues), we may declare the affected Bets void, settle them at the correct odds or otherwise adjust them in a fair and reasonable manner.
10.3 Cancellation, Modification and Voiding
- User modifications: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel or modify it. In some markets we may, at our discretion, offer cash-out, partial cash-out or similar features, which are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Operator cancellation: We may void Bets in whole or in part where:
- the event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within a reasonable period, as set out in the specific market rules;
- a palpable or technical error occurred in the odds, market, or settlement;
- you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or used inside information; or
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, a competent authority, or our Curaçao licence conditions.
- Refunds: Where Bets are declared void, your stake will normally be returned to your Account. This does not apply where we are entitled to withhold or confiscate funds under these Terms (for example, in cases of fraud or AML concerns).
10.4 Conduct in Live Casino, Exchange and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards other users and our staff in all interactions, including live chat and any messaging or community features. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory, harassing or otherwise offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion, match-fixing or use of insider information. In exchange markets, you must not coordinate bets with other users to distort markets or manipulate odds.
- Automation and bots: Using scripts, bots, scraping tools or any automated systems to place Bets or interact with the Website without our prior written consent is prohibited. We may use technical measures to detect and block such activity.
- Suspension for misconduct: We may suspend or terminate your Account, cancel Bets and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect misconduct, breach of these Terms or any behaviour that threatens the integrity of our services or the safety of other users.
14. Bonus Terms
14.1 General Bonus Principles
- Promotional nature: Bonuses and promotions offered on the Crickex version of the Website via criccex.com are discretionary and may be modified, withdrawn or restricted at any time. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any specific promotion rules.
- Per-user limits: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared environment (such as internet café or workplace network). Multiple claims by the same individual or related parties are prohibited.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses may be credited as Bonus Funds, free bets, free spins or cashback. They may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering or eligibility conditions are fulfilled.
14.2 Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation conditions: A Bonus may require a qualifying deposit, use of a promo code, placement of a qualifying Bet or opting in through the Website. All activation conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
- Wagering (rollover): Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will specify the multiple (for example, 25x Bonus amount) and the games or markets that contribute toward completion.
- Time limits: Each Bonus will specify a validity period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) within which wagering must be completed. If you fail to meet the requirements within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
- Contribution of games: Different products may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, certain table games or low-risk bets may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution table is set out in the promotion rules.
14.3 Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Abuse and arbitrage: The following practices are considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
- placing low-risk or zero-margin Bets primarily to unlock Bonus Funds;
- using a combination of Bets on different outcomes to guarantee a profit or avoid risk;
- colluding with other users or using multiple devices/accounts to manipulate promotions; and
- misrepresenting personal or payment details when registering for a Bonus.
- Maximum Bet rules: Certain Bonuses may restrict the maximum stake per Bet while wagering requirements are being met. Placing higher stakes than allowed may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. You may be restricted from claiming a new Bonus while an existing Bonus remains active. We may cancel or adjust Bonuses that have been activated in violation of promotion rules.
14.4 Consequences of Breach
- Forfeiture: If we reasonably believe that you have breached these Bonus Terms or engaged in Bonus abuse, we may remove active Bonuses, forfeit associated winnings and, where appropriate, deduct such amounts from your Account balance.
- Account measures: We may restrict your eligibility for future promotions, apply personal limits to your Account, or suspend or close your Account in serious or repeated cases of Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Regulatory reporting: In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity, we may report our findings to relevant authorities or regulators, including in Curaçao and, where appropriate, in the UK.
13. Payments & Withdrawals
13.1 Payment Methods and Currencies
- Accepted methods: For UK-based users, the primary Payment Methods supported on the Website include cryptocurrency (such as USDT TRC20) and, where available, selected e-wallets (for example, Skrill, Neteller). The range of available methods may depend on your country, currency and verification status and may change over time.
- Account currencies: Supported Account currencies include INR, BDT, PKR and USDT. GBP is not a native currency on the Website; converting GBP into a supported currency may involve foreign exchange fees charged by your bank, wallet provider or crypto exchange, typically estimated at around 1 - 3% but not determined by us.
- Third-party providers: Payment processing may be handled by subsidiaries or partners, including entities based in Cyprus or similar jurisdictions. By using a Payment Method, you authorise us and our payment partners to process transactions in accordance with these Terms.
13.2 Deposits
- Minimum deposits: The minimum deposit amount is typically the equivalent of approximately £5 - 10 in your chosen Account currency, although exact thresholds depend on the Payment Method and may be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
- Processing times: Crypto deposits (for example, USDT TRC20) are usually credited once a sufficient number of network confirmations has been reached, often within minutes. E-wallet deposits are usually processed almost instantly. Processing times may vary due to network or provider delays.
- Fees: We generally do not charge deposit fees. However, network fees for crypto transactions and fees charged by your bank, wallet or crypto exchange are your responsibility and are not controlled by us.
- Deposit wagering (turnover): To mitigate fraud and money-laundering risk, we require that all deposits be wagered at least once (100% turnover) before a withdrawal is requested. If you request a withdrawal without meeting this requirement, we may reject the withdrawal or charge an administrative fee (typically around 5 - 10% of the amount, depending on costs incurred).
13.3 Withdrawals
- Eligibility: You may withdraw funds from your Account that are not subject to ongoing wagering or other conditions, provided all KYC checks have been satisfactorily completed and no investigation or restriction applies to your Account.
- Closed-loop principle: Where reasonably possible, withdrawals must be made using the same Payment Method and to the same account or wallet used for deposit. We may restrict withdrawals to specific methods in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply depending on the Payment Method. For crypto withdrawals, the typical maximum per transaction is approximately the equivalent of £10,000, subject to change for security and risk reasons. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple transactions or in stages.
- Processing times: Crypto withdrawals are normally processed within approximately 1 - 4 hours once approved, but delays may occur due to security checks, network congestion or third-party issues. E-wallet withdrawals may have different processing times, which will be indicated in the cashier where possible.
- Fees: We may charge reasonable withdrawal fees for certain methods, particularly where repeated withdrawals are made without material betting activity or where external costs are incurred. Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier or at the time of your request where practicable.
13.4 Refunds, Chargebacks and Dormant Accounts
- Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Stakes are generally non-refundable once a Bet has been placed. Refunds are only made where Bets are voided in accordance with these Terms or where a technical error or similar issue requires correction. Bonuses are non-refundable and may be removed in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
- Chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback or reverse a transaction without first contacting us. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account, confiscation of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities and credit reference agencies.
- Dormant accounts: If your Account remains inactive (no login, no Bets, no transactions) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. We may charge a reasonable monthly administration fee, deducted from your remaining balance, to cover costs associated with maintaining the Account. The amount and conditions of such fees will be set out on the Website and may be updated from time to time.
13.5 AML, Fraud and Source of Funds
- Verification of funds: We may request documentation or information to verify the lawful source of your funds (for example, payslips, bank statements, proof of business income) and may suspend or restrict your Account pending satisfactory review.
- Suspicious activity: If we reasonably suspect money-laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other criminal activity, we may freeze or withhold funds, cancel Bets, close your Account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. In such cases we may be legally prohibited from informing you of the reasons for our actions in detail.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Our Obligations
- Service provision: We will provide the Website and services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with our Curaçao licence conditions and applicable laws, and will use reasonable efforts to ensure that betting markets and games are operated fairly and that results are determined correctly.
- Accuracy of information: We aim to ensure that event information, odds and game rules displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, minor errors or inaccuracies may occur from time to time, and we reserve the rights described in these Terms to correct them and void or adjust affected Bets.
- Security: We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and funds. Nevertheless, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.
6.2 Exclusions of Liability
- Technical and network issues: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from:
- failures of your equipment, internet connection, VPN or mobile network;
- interruptions, delays, omissions or data loss resulting from third-party communication networks or service providers; or
- temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues.
- Third-party software and apps: We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of unofficial or third-party applications, downloads or "APKs", including any fake or modified Crickex-branded applications distributed via Telegram or other channels. You must access the Website only via official channels stated on criccex.com.
- Indirect losses: We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
6.3 Limitation of Liability and Your Responsibilities
- Maximum liability: Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws, our maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of your disputed Bet or game stake; or (ii) your net deposits on the Website during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to an overall cap equal to the equivalent of £5,000 in your Account currency.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under UK law when dealing with an offshore provider.
- Your risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You must only stake funds that you can afford to lose and should use the Responsible Gambling Tools available at https://criccex.com/responsible-gaming and any personal limits you consider appropriate.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Website content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, audio, video and other content, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
- Trademarks: "Crickex", related logos, and other marks used on the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any rights to use such marks without our prior written consent.

- use our trademarks, trade names or logos in any manner that may cause confusion or imply an association or endorsement that does not exist.
- User-generated content: Where you submit content (for example, chat messages) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Website, subject to applicable data protection laws.
24. Privacy & Data Protection
24.1 Privacy Policy
- Reference policy: The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data in connection with the Crickex version of the Website via criccex.com are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://criccex.com/privacy-policy. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Data types: We may process personal data such as identification information, contact details, login data, device and technical information, transactional and betting history, KYC documentation and communications with our support teams.
24.2 Data Processing and Transfers
- Legal bases and purposes: We process your personal data for purposes including Account creation and management, provision of betting and gaming services, payment processing, KYC and AML checks, fraud prevention, risk management, customer support and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- International transfers: As the Operator is established in Curaçao and may use processors in other jurisdictions (including, for example, Cyprus for payment processing), your data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. We implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Applicable laws: We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, which may include, where relevant, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and corresponding local legislation, to the extent they apply to our processing of data for UK-based users.
- Rights: Your rights regarding access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data, as well as information on how to exercise them and how to submit complaints, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to Terms
22.1 Our Right to Update
- Amendments: We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, regulatory requirements (including reforms affecting Curaçao-licensed operators) or for other valid reasons.
- Publication: The latest version of the Terms will always be available on the Website at https://criccex.com/terms-and-conditions, together with the "Last updated" date. These Terms for Crickex are intended to reflect the position as at 1 January 2026, based on regulatory information last reviewed in early 2025.
22.2 Notification and Acceptance
- Notification methods: Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by:
- displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Website or within your Account; and/or
- sending an email to the address registered in your Account.
- Continued use: If you continue to use the Website after the updated Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account.
18. Termination & Suspension
18.1 Our Rights to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to funds or cancel Bets at our reasonable discretion, including where:
- you breach these Terms or any applicable rules or policies;
- you provide inaccurate, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, money-laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct;
- you open multiple accounts in breach of the single account policy;
- you use the Website from a prohibited jurisdiction or in breach of local laws;
- we are required to do so by law, a competent authority, or our regulators in Curaçao; or
- we decide to discontinue provision of services to you or to users in your jurisdiction.
- Temporary suspension: We may temporarily suspend your Account while conducting investigations or KYC reviews. During suspension, you may be unable to place Bets or withdraw funds, but we will process any Bets already accepted in accordance with these Terms unless otherwise required.
18.2 Closure by You
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@criccex.com. Before closure, we may require verification steps to confirm your identity and to process any remaining balance.
- Responsible gambling: If you wish to take a break or self-exclude from the Website, you may use the Responsible Gambling Tools described at https://criccex.com/responsible-gaming. Please note that our self-exclusion options apply only to the Website and do not extend to UK-wide schemes such as GamStop.
18.3 Treatment of Funds on Termination
- Payout of balances: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or us), we will, subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and these Terms, pay out any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to dispute, chargeback, chargeback risk, Bonus conditions, fraud or AML investigation, using a Payment Method reasonably selected by us.
- Withholding: We may withhold funds where we are entitled or required to do so under these Terms or applicable laws, including in cases of suspected unlawful activity, unresolved chargebacks, or regulatory requests. In some cases, legal obligations may prevent us from disclosing full details of our decision.
- Effect of termination: Termination or closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure, including our rights to recover any debts or losses, or to enforce any indemnities given by you.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
7.1 Applicable Law
- Curaçao law: These Terms, your Account and all Bets placed on the Website are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the UK, where applicable.
- Offshore status for UK players: The Website is operated from Curaçao and is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. UK laws relating to licensing and regulation of gambling operators (including the Gambling Act 2005 and associated regulations) do not apply to us as a licensed Curaçao operator, although other UK laws (such as those on consumer protection and taxation) may still affect you personally.
7.2 Dispute Resolution

We will investigate and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request escalation to a supervisor or relevant department. We may, where applicable under our Curaçao licence, provide information on how to raise concerns with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or relevant licence holder mechanisms. Please note that UK-based third-party dispute services such as IBAS or UK gambling ombudsman schemes are not available for this Website.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any alternative dispute mechanisms required under Curaçao regulations, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable consumer laws.
